I know its been forever and a day, and I don't even know if anyone will notice something new popping up in this place that's seen no new content in years, but here we go. XD
I recently went with some friends to Animazement, the largest anime convention in my state. During all of the fun times that were had, I managed to draw a couple new images. And it is due to my friend Ashura that it happened, as he flew all the way up from Florida to come to the convention with us, and told me that he wanted me to draw for him.

I'm not sure what all to say in this.
My main intent was to give a little bit of information on the group of pictures I'm about to upload, but then I saw that my journal was empty, and that this would be my first entry.
That made me feel a bit odd, so I decided to make this a bit longer of an entry, as I'm sure you can tell.
As for this upcoming batch of pictures, they will seem a bit odd at first glance, so I shall provide some backstory. One of the two jobs I currently work I've been doing for a little over nine years now. Yep. It took me forever but here I am!
Now for me to get off my lazy butt and draw some new stuff.
Most of my stuff is portraits and still lifes. I need to keep practicing on being able to develop an anime style I can draw out of my head.
But I never will if I keep procrastinating. Someone please force me to. XD

[*pulls out AK-47*] GET TO WORK!! I've also got a really uncomfortable chair made from plastic explosives I can throw at you. 
Take some time, even just half an hour, every day and doodle something. (I think you even said this to me, not too long ago!) Then post it in your scraps. I got my "style" [*snort*] by observing aspects of other people's work, then fine tuning and altering those into my monstrous, dead-eyed mannequin poses. ^__^;;
